The Chef André

Private dining in Sonoma

Winery dinners and harvest tables across the county.

Sonoma's growing regions are distinct enough that a menu built for Dry Creek should not be the same menu served in Carneros. André treats the appellation as part of the brief, and sources accordingly.

He designs winemaker dinners, harvest celebrations and private evenings for households and estates across the county, working with winery teams where the wines are leading the evening.

Questions

Does André work directly with winery teams?

Yes. For winery events he works with the winemaker and hospitality team so the menu is designed around the specific wines being poured.

Can he cook for a harvest party at scale?

Yes. Estate and winery events run to any scale, in coursed, station or combined formats, depending on the property and the occasion.

How early should harvest dates be reserved?

As early as possible. August through October is the busiest window in both Sonoma and Napa, and those dates are usually claimed months ahead.
